At Home

Telehealth Complementary
When appropriate and authorized by your insurance plan, we offer secure telehealth services for caregiver training and clinical supervision.

Insurance Verification
We verify your insurance benefits, explain your coverage, and review any authorization requirements before services begin.
Comprehensive Assessment
A BCBA completes a comprehensive assessment to understand your child’s strengths, needs, and treatment goals. This information is used to develop an individualized treatment plan.
Authorization & Treatment Plan
Once the assessment is complete, we submit the required documentation for insurance authorization and develop a personalized ABA treatment plan.
Begin ABA Services
After authorization is received, therapy begins with ongoing collaboration between your family, the BCBA, and the therapy team to support your child’s progress.
